Hi! I’m Robin, I graduated from MaKami College in 2016. I studied Massage Therapy because I have a passion for healing and helping my clients mobility. My favourite type of massages to give are cupping and hot stone treatments. ​Shawna has been practicing Massage Therapy in Sherwood park and area for 25 years! She specializes in deep tissue, overuse injuries, chronic pain, headaches, relaxation massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, sciatic relief and trigger points. She is also certified in myofacial cupping and craniosacral therapy level 1. Shawna has a passion for working with dancers, runners and athletes, working with adults, teens and children. Over the years she has worked alongside a chiropractor as well as in clinics with other therapists and acupuncturists. Jaime Murri, RMT, Owner

Jaime is off on medical leave until approximately the end of the year while recovering from surgery. She looks forward to getting back to helping you once she’s ready to return to work safely.

Jaime has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding area since graduating from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (formerly known as Alberta Massage Training) with a 2200 hour program in 2009.

Jaime opened Crave Wellness in October of 2015 wanting to create an inviting practice with a relaxing environment focused on healing and well being. Jaime has since added many talented therapists to the team with the same goals in mind.

She began her career practicing in a physiotherapy clinic where she was able to work with many different health professionals, and was able to follow her passion of working with surgical rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident injuries. She has been working in massage and acupuncture clinic’s in Sherwood Park since 2009 where she has worked with and learned from the best. Tailoring her massage technique and treatment for the client at each visit and creating a therapeutic treatment with remedial benefits is what she believes in.

Her modalities include: Overuse Injuries, Chronic Pain Treatment, Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Relaxation oo Sciatica relief/piriformis syndrome relief, Pre-natal and Post-natal massage, TMJD, Passive/Assisted Stretching, Trigger Point Thterapy, Joint Play/Distraction, CranioSacral Therapy level 1 and Hot Stone Therapy and myofascial cupping!
